Quitting smoking can be very difficult. The best way is to quit all at once, but this is too difficult for some people. To help with this, there is now quitting in steps. With this, an exact amount of cigarettes can be taken with you each time. The goal of course is to take fewer each time. To motivate people even more, the holders are personal and have a message for the smoker that will hopefully help them to cut down and eventually quit smoking. The complete package consists of 3 cigarette holders and 8 fake cigarettes.
